Medizin Aktuell: Now many people will want to know, how we should understand “cosmic” – and in contrast to what?

Peter Hübner: I associate the term “cosmic” with everything that is not material – so that is everything we nowadays regard as not “earthly” in our so-called civilised world.

But in so far as our three main states of con­scious­ness known in the so-called civi­lised world are bound to our neuro-physio­logi­cal changes – as is our think­ing – I would not as­soci­ate them with the cos­mic, al­though they are not of a ma­te­rial na­ture.
But due to their at­tach­ment to ma­te­rial changes in our neuro-physi­ol­ogy and/or our body, just like those, they are to be re­garded as lim­ited. And due to this lim­it­ing and/or lim­it­ed­ness, it is surely not ap­pro­pri­ate to con­nect them with the term “cos­mic”.

Medizin Aktuell: There­fore two things char­ac­ter­ise the as­pect of the cos­mic to you: on the one hand, the non-ma­te­rial na­ture of what we are talk­ing about. But on the other hand, also the fact that what we are talk­ing about, al­though not of a ma­te­rial na­ture, is not in­flu­enced or even de­ter­mined in its changes by the ma­te­rial.

Peter Hübner: With­out doubt, our three ini­tial main states of con­scious­ness – as long as we have not de­vel­oped any oth­ers – as the neuro-sci­en­tists have es­tab­lished quite rightly, are de­ter­mined by the physio­logi­cal changes in our body – and at the head: our brain – at least al­most ex­clu­sively.

But at that moment, when we be­gin to de­velop the fourth main state of con­scious­ness and fur­ther main states of con­scious­ness, a phase leap takes place, re­vers­ing the afore­men­tioned bal­ances of power.
In time, these three ini­tial main states of con­scious­ness are gradu­ally lifted via the fur­ther main states of con­scious­ness to a higher, more ef­fi­cient value: they fi­nally take on a cos­mic struc­ture and carry out cos­mic func­tions.

For these new struc­tures of con­scious­ness, it is be­com­ing in­creas­ingly nor­mal to reach into the in­fi­nite – spa­tially as well as tem­po­rally, as well as in some other way.
And in their func­tions they have the same spa­tial and tem­po­ral ef­fect, as well as in other ways into the in­fi­nite.

Of course, this also ap­plies be­fore­hand in the so-called civi­lised world for the first three main states of con­scious­ness, but noth­ing is known of it here: you do not sus­pect that your own thinking, talking and acting could have any influence to the front and back in all spaces and times – even if in the context of the first three main states of consciousness only a very small one.
But you no­tice it from the fourth main state of con­scious­ness on, and with the de­vel­op­ment of fur­ther main states of con­scious­ness you know it – un­til you fi­nally ex­peri­ence these ef­fects.

Then at the lat­est, is the term “cos­mic” fully ap­pro­pri­ate for the ini­tial three main states of consciousness; because then “the tables of inner balances of power have completely turned”, and the so-called material aspects of our existence, such as our nervous system and our body are then mainly and finally almost only determined by the cosmic dimensions of our human existence and its powers – structurally and functionally.
