Peter Hübner – The Significance of our Consciousness to Medicine

Peter Hübner: That is understandable. How should it? As long as modern scientific medicine does not get on to the track of the soul with scientific devices: with objective measuring methods, until then they cannot consider it – at least not for any use in medicine, which can be calculated.

Medizin Aktuell: And some neuro-scientists bluntly deny the existence of a soul and assume that human thinking is only a function of the brain, and the mind not more than something to logically conclude on the base of thinking processes – but always only as a consequence and/or dependent on corresponding brain functions.

Peter Hübner: Well, and that is absolutely correct according to the present level of their objective scientific knowledge.

Medizin Aktuell: And now you, as a classical composer, turn up and talk at an international scientific congress in Hawaii in front of experienced and partly famous physicians, psychologists, sociologists, theologians, consciousness researchers, biologists, physicists etc. about the power of the soul in the field of health – as if you had come from another planet.
And the strange thing is that your lecture was regarded by these respected scientists from all over the world as the lecture at this conference, which moved them most of all.

If I did not know that the participants at this conference were mainly top-flight scientists, then I could only have assumed until now that such high recognition of your lecture originated from mainly philosophical and spiritual circles. How do you explain this?

Peter Hübner: Without doubt Prof. Paul Rosch, as the President of the American Institute of Stress, had invited important scientists to this conference – those, who are not only relatively superficial scientists, but – like all important scientists of the past and present – have a correspondingly strong interest in the arts subjects, which then always extends into the field of the spiritual – without actually losing grip of the scientific side, and therefore slipping into what we today, even if from a historic point of view mistakenly, call “esoteric arts”.

In blatant cases, even take such great scientists as Pythagoras, Galileo, Kepler, Newton, Einstein, Max Planck – the number of names could go on and on – all these great scientists at the same time strived to achieve scientific findings in the arts subjects, in order to get answers from where natural science did not have them.
They were all dying to know what – as they say – “keeps the world together deep down inside”.

And here I am absolutely right with the soul in my opinion.
Thus, the scientifically relevant answer to the significance of the soul possibly arises from the field of medicine – I mean: scientific medicine.

We are therefore trying to facilitate or at least to promote the finding of an objective scientific answer to the question “What keeps the world together deep down inside!” with Medical Resonance Therapy Music® and/or the help of the harmony laws of the microcosm of music.
